My fellow IVF'rs know the drill for the 2ww. You have symptoms, imaginary or not. You listen to your body with such intensity that you start imagining twinges, pings, small cramps, anything to convince yourself there's something going on in there. You constantly check for spotting. These obsessive thoughts are constant for the first couple of days after transfer if you are on bed rest, even though you know it's probably too soon for any real symptoms. What else is there to do?
So here is my question for those who have been through this with a POSITIVE pregnancy test on the other end. Did you have any signs whatsoever-implantation bleeding/spotting, cramps, or other signs that would generally NOT be attributed to progesterone support? If so, which day did the signs occur in relation to your transfer (and please specify if you had a day 3 or day 5 transfer).
The reason I ask is not that I have any type of symptoms (imaginary or otherwise). In fact, I feel completely normal (except for the slight bruises I have from where certain needles were placed by a not-so-competent acupuncturist-see previous post). Too normal.
Today's song is one that always makes me happy.
Here are some Rocky Mountain wildflowers to go along with the happiness.

Hey hon- I had in inkling about five days before my test - I would get lightheaded when I stood up too fast and I got very tired walking around outside (it was a warm day). Then, two days before the test I got a major case of the crankies.
The first time I got pregnant (IUI) I had no clue.
Oh, I also had a 3d transfer.
With my son, I had a 5-day transfer and strong beta numbers 10 days later, although the first positive EPT showed up 2 days before that. NO symptoms whatsover. I had another 5-day transfer last Friday, and I keep thinking I should be having symptoms if it worked, but then I remember last time.
Please don't drive yourself nuts looking for symptoms, since you're not likely to see them. I need to take this advice myself. After this transfer, I felt bloated for a few days and finally "myself" yesterday ... which led to a downward spiral in which I was convinced it hadn't worked. Right, like I'm going to have a puffy belly the second I get pregnant.
You really have a lot of beautiful pictures! Anyway, all of my past pregnancies (successful or not), I had no early symptoms. I felt that my breasts got tender, but that was at least a week after I got the BFP.
Beautiful pictures!!!
I can't answer your question, just wanted you to know I'm checking in on you, and keeping my fingers crossed. I love the pictures, they are so peaceful.
hey - wanted to let you know I was thinking about you a lot today. :)
My only signs were the same that I was getting with the progesterone. I had a 5 day transfer, but I was also very distracted b/c it was right over Christmas. I didn't have any implantation or stuff...cramping, yes, but no different from the progesterone stuff. It's different for everyone though...loved the pics!
No answers here, but wanted to check in and say hello. Wishing you a big positive soon.
It's funny, I spend HOURS and a small fortune to get my backyard to do what naturally happens in the wild. Beautiful pictures!
Wish I could add something.
Love the pics...so beautiful. Also, love the song!!
My only non-progesterone related symptoms were the spotting at 11 dpo. However, my doctor said that I shouldn't look to that every time as whether or not its an indicator of pregnancy. And since neither of mine were successful, you should probably discount anything I say!
I had a 5 day transfer and no symptoms - I felt exactly as I did every other month while taking progesterone (sore chest, bloated) I had a little spotting the day of my beta, but that happened with all my BFNs. IOW, there was no difference between my one BFP and all my BFNs. So if you don't worry if you don't feel differently!
I had a 5dt and I had implantation spotting and cramping 4 days after transfer. It scared the crap out of me. I called my clinic, and they said it was probably implantation. Other than that, I was tired and had AF type cramps.
